WHERE, Inc (formerly uLocate Communications, Inc.) is a privately held, venture backed leader in consumer and B2B location-based services headquartered in Boston, Mass., specialized in mobile local commerce, local search and recommendations and local advertising. Built the team of 50 engineers in Boston and outsourcing office in Southeast Europe with 20 developers. Conceived and built products that moved company to profitability. WHERE is privately owned and venture backed company but has been profitable for the last 6 quarters. The 300% revenue increase in 2010. over 2009. was powered by innovative technology. Built mobile local commerce and hyperlocal advertising for WHERE - Nielsen #1 hyperlocal ad network in USA, processing and analyzing 100s of millions of hyperlocal transactions per day.
